بيت النحلة الصغيرة

It's been up for two weeks and already has three little holes plugged with mud and leaves, which means the bees are actually using it. The wooden roof keeps the rain off nicely, and it blends right into my flower bed without looking tacky.

My kids love watching the bees check into the little bamboo tubes each morning. The wooden frame feels sturdy enough to last through a few seasons of weather. It's already attracted several visitors in the first week.

I hung this bee house near my lavender patch and within a week saw solitary bees checking out the bamboo tubes. It's surprisingly sturdy for the price and looks cute tucked among the flowers.
