Amo l'hockey

My toddler loves flipping the flaps to find the hockey players hiding underneath, and it’s already teaching him to count the hockey sticks on each page. The board book pages are sturdy enough for his rough handling so far.

The lift-the-flap pages are perfect for my three-year-old's little hands, and he loves finding the hidden hockey gear on each spread. It's a clever way to sneak in counting practice while celebrating his favorite sport. We've read it every night since it arrived.

My toddler is obsessed with hockey like the rest of the family, and this book’s lift-the-flap format finally got him interested in learning positions instead of just chasing the puck. The counting element is a smart bonus for reinforcing numbers during story time.
