My nephew spent an entire rainy afternoon trying every possible combination, and the crocodile head on the elephant body was his favorite. The pieces snap together firmly but are easy enough for his little hands to swap around.

My 6-year-old loves swapping the heads and bodies between the tiger, crocodile, elephant, and giraffe to make crazy hybrids. The plastic pieces snap together easily but hold tight, so the weird new animals don't fall apart during play. It's been a huge hit for creative, open-ended building.

My 4-year-old has spent hours mixing the tiger's stripes with the elephant's trunk—the combinations are hilarious and genuinely creative. The pieces snap together firmly but are easy enough for little hands to swap around.
