My kid loves that they can build three different projects—we started with the robot and it actually looks cool. The real tools inside the box make assembly feel more like legit engineering work.

My eight-year-old spent a whole rainy afternoon building the race car without any help. The 437 pieces gave us plenty to do, and the real tools in the kit made the assembly feel more authentic.

The included real tools made assembly much easier than the usual plastic wrenches. My kid built the race car first, though I wish the instruction sheet had a few more build options. It's a solid set for the price, just not endless variety.
