The way Botley lights up and makes sounds when it changes into the train character kept my kids engaged for over an hour. Even my 5-year-old could snap the coding pieces together easily.

My 6-year-old loves programming Botley to do the lights and sounds, and it keeps him busy without needing a screen. The way it transforms into a train character is his favorite part. It’s sturdy enough to survive a few tumbles off the coffee table.

My 8-year-old figured out how to make Botley transform into a train character within ten minutes, and the lights really kept him engaged. The only reason it's not five stars is that the coding cards feel a bit flimsy for how much we use them.
