The included accessories like the wigs and tiny sports gear really help set up fun scenes, and my kid has been snapping nonstop since we opened it. The book breaks down basic lighting and focus tricks in a way that's easy to follow even for beginners.

The lighting tips for outdoor shoots really helped me get better shots of the mini figures in action. I just wish the book had a few more pages on framing close-ups.

I was hoping for more detailed lighting tips, but the included minifigures and props make this a fun kit for getting started. The two figures come with enough accessories to set up several different scenes right out of the box.
