蝸牛與鯨魚

My kids love chanting along with the repeated line “the snail and the whale” as I read—it’s such a fun rhythm for them. The story’s journey past icebergs really sparks their imagination about the ocean.

My three-year-old asks for this one every single night—she loves the tiny snail and the enormous whale’s journey past the icebergs. The rhyming text is lovely to read aloud, and it’s short enough to keep her attention right to the last page.

The illustrations of the whale gliding past those icebergs are absolutely stunning, and my son loves tracing the snail's tiny path across the pages. It's a gentle, engaging story that sparked his curiosity about the ocean. I just wish the binding felt a bit sturdier for how often we read it.
